JERRY CANTRELL

Working on Jerry Cantrell’s latest solo album, I Want Blood, was a deeply rewarding experience—both creatively and personally. I’ve had the privilege of working with Jerry and Alice In Chains for over a decade now, and it’s always a joy to collaborate with someone so thoughtful and committed to the art. For this project, I also had the chance to team up with my lifelong friend Darren Craig, who handled the photography and brought a moody, cinematic edge to the visuals. I’ve always loved working within restrained color palettes, and this record was a perfect canvas for that kind of focused, tonal design. I’m especially proud of how the vinyl edition turned out—with its clear slipcase, oversized booklet, foldout poster, and semi-transparent inner sleeves, it’s one of those rare packages that feels as substantial as the music it houses.
