LA MARZOCCO
VARIOUS PROJECTS

Project Overview
La Marzocco has been handcrafting espresso machines in Florence, Italy since 1927, setting the global standard for quality and design. Over the past few years, we’ve had the honor of working closely with their Seattle-based team, specifically on design projects for their commercial machine department. It’s been a special collaboration—blending nearly a century of Italian heritage with modern creative storytelling.

Working with Invisible Creature has been and continues to be a dream for La Marzocco. As a nearly 100-year-old brand with just as much brand history, we rely on Invisible Creature to thread the needle between fresh and contemporary design and our brand’s heritage aesthetic. As a marketing director, Invisible Creature is one of my best investments: they deliver results that drive our business with minimal guidance and feedback. They make my team look great and do so effortlessly.

WHITTLE WOODSHOP
We loved working with our friend Jeremy Spears from Whittle Woodshop to bring La Marzocco’s iconic lion logo to life in a wood carving. Jeremy’s skill and attention to detail elevated the project beyond just a sculpture—it became a celebration of craftsmanship that perfectly mirrors the handmade quality of La Marzocco’s machines. Watching the lion take shape in his hands was pure magic.

WATCH THE FILM
Our short documentary follows Jeremy Spears as he brings La Marzocco’s iconic lion to life in wood, carving every detail by hand in his Whittle Woodshop. Directed and edited by Zac Schwiet.

STRADA X
We created a suite of visuals for La Marzocco’s new Strada X machine that highlights its delicately hand-constructed fabrication and tightly calibrated engineering.
