PROJECT OVERVIEW
When Aaron at Topps called, we didn’t even let him finish the pitch (get it?) —we said yes on the spot. Growing up in the ’80s, we were massive baseball card collectors, spending hours organizing stacks of Topps, Donruss, Fleer, Score, Upper Deck and of course that one elusive card. So when the legends themselves reached out, it felt like a full-circle moment. We would’ve done it for a stick of that weird pink gum.

Bowman Ascensions is a line of cards within the broader Bowman Chrome line that features the top rookies and prospects in the game. We ended up designing the whole set, 26 cards in total. You can scroll through the full set right here and relive the magic with us.
Don and Ryan at IC are the perfect collaborators for almost any job. Without prior experience working with Topps, they dove right into the rich history of trading cards and our brand to deliver truly unique and inspired card art.
